Was a judge of a district court in Leningrad, head of the legal department of the External affairs committee of the City government of St. Petersburg and since 1993 he has been practicing law in “Musin and partners”. He has experience in advising on the Russian stock market regulations, antimonopoly law, corporate law, adoption of children etc.
Speaks English fluently.
